Cava paradiso is a little valley between the provinces of Siracusa and Ragusa.
The Prainito creek, tributary of Tellaro river, flows into this valley and and form cascades and pools which are an obligatory stop to have a rejuvenating bath.
An important population of oriental plane, thrives on its shores. In this valley you can also find many human signs: cave tombs of early bronze age, early Christian arcosolium rock cut tombs but also some evidences of the recent past like an old lime kiln and a watermill.
