A “freezing” amphibian experience that will allow you to venture away from the summer heat surrounded by the sound of nature.

Equipment required: hiking shoes or trainers, cap, water, sunscreen, swimwear beach towel, packed lunch, watertight bag, spare clothes.
All personal effects (packed lunch, smartphone, wallet, keys etc...) must be waterproofed in a watertight bag
Participation fee: 10€ (only for this day) that includes: guided excursion, insurance and organization.
Transportation and watertight bag are not included, contact us if you need them
Good health and not suffer from heart issues in particular with the cardio-respiratory system it is necessary to participate in our excursions.
